What is a CPU-hr.?
A CPU-hr. is the aggregate CPU time spent across all machines, rounded up to the nearest hour (e.g., a task running on 1,000 CPUs for one minute = 1,000 CPU minutes or approximately 17 CPU hours, costing you only $17).

Key Features

- Combines a collection of multiple/pairwise, global/local alignments into a single one
- Estimates the level of consistency of each position within the new alignment with the rest of the alignments, an indicator of alignment accuracy
Description
T-Coffee is a multiple sequence alignment program: given a set of sequences previously gathered, T-Coffee will produce a multiple sequence alignment. Your alignments may come from any source. T-Coffee can also be used to compare alignments, reformat them or evaluate them using structural information. T-Coffee will align nucleic and protein sequences alike.
