ParMGridGen
|
ParMGridGen is an MPI-based parallel library that is based on the serial package MGridGen and is especially suited for large-scale numerical simulations. It is written entirely in ANSI C and MPI and is portable on most parallel computers that support MPI. The quality of the elements of the coarse grids is optimized using a multilevel framework.

What is a CPU-hr.? A CPU-hr. is the aggregate CPU time spent across all machines, rounded up to the nearest hour (e.g., a task running on 1,000 CPUs for one minute = 1,000 CPU minutes or approximately 17 CPU hours, costing you only $17).

Key Features
 |
- ParMGridGen is suited for parallel numerical simulations involving large unstructured grids since the algorithms incur a very small communication overhead, achieve high degree of concurrency and maintain the high quality of the coarse grids.
- ParMGridGen implements four different methods for measuring the overall quality of the coarse grid, and the particular method can be selected by the user.
